Works closely with the Admissions Training Manager and other Admissions leadership in a multi-faceted, multi-location academic and corporate setting, ensures consistency of process and compliance across all West Coast University admissions departments through ongoing training for new and tenured admissions staff. Ensures that the admissions process is being adhered to and followed by admissions staff by providing continuous monitoring of admissions recorded information calls and in-person student interviews in accordance with established policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state and accrediting agencies' standards and regulations. Backfill admissions roles as required. Prepares reports on admissions statistics and assists to develop new and on-going training content for all divisions of admissions, as required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum three to five years training and/or admissions experience.
- Knowledge of the principles of supervision, administration, systems management and community organization as applicable to specialized program area.
- Knowledge of applicable databases and computer application systems to supply the most accurate information, reports and projections.
- Knowledge of state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs, governmental compliance and other regulatory standards such as Title IV, WSCUC, and other accreditation standards.
