Director, Total Rewards (Hybrid Capable)

The Director, Total Rewards is both a strategic and hands-on role responsible for implementing and managing a rewards program that will enable the organization to attract and retain talent. This includes compensation and benefit programs, including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, wellness benefits, HRIS, analytics, perks, policies & procedures, onboarding, and overall operations for the HR function. This role will report directly to the Chief People Officer and will have oversight for a team of individuals.

EDUCATION:   

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.

CCP and/or CEBS preferred

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience required, including 5+ years in a total rewards leadership capacity.  

Strong project management, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Demonstrated ability of establishing and maintaining partnerships with company executives, management and key stakeholders.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work cross functionally

Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to clearly define, implement, communicate process improvements and solutions

Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex models.
