Reporting to the Director, Learning & Development, the Senior Manager, Talent and Organizational Development is responsible for strategically partnering with HR leadership, and business leaders in bringing our aspiration of becoming a Deliberately Development Organization to life throughout the organization. Support the build of individual and organizational capability to enable a strong talent bench and high performing culture. This role will partner in driving the learning strategy that will meet business needs, enhance associate engagement, and improve internal mobility.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or other related field required; masters preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning and development, to include at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Extensive experience in the design, management and facilitation of leadership development programs.
- Experience managing and/or designing onboarding programs.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating effective training and development programs.
- Knowledge and extensive past use of Learning Management Systems.
