SUMMARY: The Coordinator, Clinical Partnerships, reporting directly to the Manager of Clinical Partnership Development, is responsible to developing relationships with clinical sites to support the growth of the number of preceptors available for online students. The PDS will utilize enrollment data to proactively ensure we have adequate clinical placement opportunities to support students in all online programs. He/she will be responsible for the direct placement of students without current opportunities in their geographic area.

- Establishes relationships with clinical sites and preceptors and documents preceptor availability to support future clinical placements for students
- Executes clinical affiliation agreements and documents onboarding information for new partnerships
- Negotiates placement for specific students as needed
- Analyzes student data to determine specific development needs and creates business development plans to address gaps
- Increases preceptor pool to meet program and geographic specific development goals
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
