Senior Proctor
Los Angeles, California Job ID: 2026-5326As a Senior Proctor for a certified Great Place to Work, you will support the administration of paper-based and computer-based quizzes, tests, and examinations for West Coast University students. In this role, you will help ensure compliance with established testing policies, regulations, operating procedures, university standards, and accreditation requirements.

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Administering paper-based and computer-based quizzes, tests, and examinations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ensuring continuous compliance with testing policies, laws, regulations, operating procedures, and accreditation standards.
- Communicating regularly with leadership regarding test administration, facility needs, and any allegations of academic dishonesty.
- Coordinating testing activities for applicants, candidates, and current students across all programs and campuses.
- Supporting new hire and ongoing proctor training initiatives.
- Coordinating proctor assignments and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Assisting with trend analysis and reporting related to testing operations.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for proctor scheduling, policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain testing integrity.
Your Experience Includes:
- Two (2) years of test administration experience; or
- Nine (9) months of test administration experience with progressively increasing responsibility and oversight, combined with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
