Coordinator, Clinical Partnerships
Remote, United States Job ID: 2025-4504 Salary Range: $78,458.19 - $113,753.20As a Coordinator, Clinical Partnerships for a certified Great Place to Work, you will be responsible to developing relationships with clinical sites to support the growth of the number of preceptors available for online students. The PDS will utilize enrollment data to proactively ensure we have adequate clinical placement opportunities to support students in all online programs. He/she will be responsible for the direct placement of students without current opportunities in their
geographic area.
How you can impact:
- Establishes relationships with clinical sites and preceptors and documents preceptor availability to
support future clinical placements for students. - Executes clinical affiliation agreements and documents onboarding information for new
partnerships. - Negotiates placement for specific students as needed.
- Analyzes student data to determine specific development needs and creates business
development plans to address gaps. - Increases preceptor pool to meet program and geographic specific development goals.
- Other job duties may be assigned as needed.
Your experience includes:
- Utilization of technology of documentation and communication.
- Experience with networking/relationship management
- Knowledge of medical community and established relationships with its professional members.
- Knowledge of state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs, including regulatory
standards. - Leadership knowledge that will cultivate learner-centered environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong management skills.
- Highly organized.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
